We stayed at this venue recently and we were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic location. It was just a short walk away from the central square and in a beautiful tourist area. We could easily reach other islands with public transportation, which was only 20 seconds away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were patient in assisting us with our travel arrangements. The room service was prompt and the laundry service was efficient. We enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the flat-screen TV with a variety of channels.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The view from my room was amazing, a first for me! The location was perfect, right on the main lagoon, and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the charming small backyard garden with lots of flowers. The staff were very friendly and provided me with a free tourist map and directions to the nearby factories in the beautiful area.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the attractions of the city, but far enough from the crowds. It is situated on a small canal, providing a charming and peaceful atmosphere. The room on the 5th floor was nice, with a good-sized bathroom and bright white sheets. The staff was very polite and attentive, and the breakfast had a good variety of choices, including tasty coffee. The Sky Bar on the 5th floor offered a beautiful view and a relaxing place to enjoy a drink.
The rooftop terrace and garden could use some improvements, as they seemed a bit neglected and shabby.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right beside St Mark's Square and close to local attractions. The hotel was conveniently located close to the Arsenal water taxi stop, making it easy to get to and from the airport. there was a Vaporetto station just in front of the hotel, allowing guests to easily explore all of Venice.
The dining room lacked atmosphere and the bar was on the smaller side, which didn't provide an inviting space to relax and unwind.

During our Christmas stay, we were really surprised by the comfortable and warm atmosphere of the hotel. The efficient heating system in the old building with marble walls was excellent. The hotel's key location made it easy for us to explore the city, with the water bus stop just a short walk away. the friendly and helpful staff added to our overall enjoyable experience.
One aspect we didn't particularly like was the seating arrangements in the reception area. The lack of comfortable seating and ambiance made it feel a bit dull.

We had an amazing stay at this 4-star hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our five-day stay. The check-in process was easy and they even had the wine I pre-ordered ready for us. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to a main sightseeing area. The view from the hotel's rooftop bar, overlooking the lagoon, was absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was a great balance of Venetian style and modern convenience, with a comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
